Thank you dude! That was stupid, I didn't thought about putting a volume trigger for the cops respawn...
Yesterday I tried to put the heli from the cops following your tutorial, but I arrive in a moment I lost myself...
In your tutorial i see a lot of things you didn't put in the descrption (watching the pictures) I thinks the problem I'm a noob and just I didn't know a lot of things.

Add a point light next to the door affecting only the dynamic channel. It will light up the door. If it looks to bright, then change the brightness to 0.2.
Also, if you want cops to spawn without a trigger you need to add a level reset event to Kismet.

Because now i can't, always editor crashes. 1024 is the max resolution you can use for your meshes. 2048 is for individual baking (selecting an asset and building it only) which is used after you finish the map. Edit: looks like your lighting is too complex if it's not the 2048 resolutions.

Also add lots of dynamic lights only affecting the dynamic channel so the helicopter wont be black. You know, I can just do it for you. It's easy.

That looks interesting. Do you mind if I use your name for a Mirror's Edge video I just had passing through my head? :/ I'm planning on doing a Mirror's Edge Multiplayer (fake) gameplay. Since I'm also scrapping my UDK scene because I can't get my stuff together.
